Lavender Essential Oil
Botanical Name: Lavandula officinalis

Uses and Properties: lavender oil is known for its skin healing properties and its use as a sedative. Analgesic, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, aromatic, sedative.
Blend with: bergamot, black pepper, cedarwood, chamomile, clary sage, clove, cypress, eucalyptus, geranium, grapefruit, juniper, lemon, lemongrass, patchouli, peppermint, pine, rose, rosemary, tea tree, thyme, vetyver.

Lemon Essential Oil
Botanical Name: Citrus limon
Parts Used: Fruit peel
Note Classification: Top
Aroma: clean, sweet citrus, slightly sour
Uses and Properties: lemon oil has been used around the house as a cleaning agent, and medicinally it has an affinity with the digestive system. Antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, astringent.
Blend with: chamomile, eucalyptus, frankincense, geranium, lavender, ylang ylang

Peppermint Essential Oil
Botanical Name: Mentha piperita
Parts Used: flowering plant

Aroma: very minty, hot, herbaceous
Uses and Properties: soothing, uplifting, clarifying. Analgesic, antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic, astringent, stimulant.
Blend with: black pepper, eucalyptus, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, tea tree

Tea Tree Essential Oil
Botanical Name: Melaleuca alternifolia
Parts Used: leaves and twigs

Aroma: warm, fresh, spicy-camphorous
Uses and Properties: known for its healing properties for the skin. Analgesic, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, decongestant, immune stimulant

Uses and Properties: coughs, colds, runny noses, antiseptic, antiviral, bactericidal, calmative, expectorant, fungicidal, insecticide.
